ASTM-256-906 – Passes
ASTM-D-256-93A – Method A Izod Avg. 25.3 ft. lbs/in. notch
AST-D-256-93A 00 – Method B Charpy Avg. 26 ft. lbs/in. notch
Chemical and Stain Resistance
ASTM D-543-87 – 7 day immersion test – Passed – Shows resistance to most commonly used chemical solutions
Bacterial Resistance
Our PVC materials do not support bacterial or Fungal growth. Pawling Systems also offer Anti-Bacterial PVC Sheet and Covers. Details available on request.

NYS Modified Pittsburg Protocol – Test Report No 201495
Colour Stability
Tested in accordance with SAEJ-1545(ASTM1545). Provides an accurate colour match of 1.0 or less delta E per CIE LAB 10 degree standard observer colour difference and equation.

All of our accessories are moulded from the same base, high impact, rigid PVC Compound to improve colour matching.
Maintenance and Cleaning
